"Located at 725 South Green Valley Parkway near Horizon Ridge Parkway, the Henderson Half Bird opened in November and carries over the Chinatown eatery’s offerings with a focus on rotisserie cooking alongside chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and ramen; sides include smashed rotisserie potatoes, macaroni with crispy spam and furikake, and Japanese milk bread with togarashi honey butter and sea salt.
