"A Houston-based fast-casual burger chain focused on locally sourced ingredients is opening a third location at the CityWest Retail Center (10550 Westheimer) this fall, with construction starting soon and an official opening date still to be announced. The new spot will replicate the brand’s signature white-tiled interior with bright green accents found at its Memorial and Montrose outposts. The menu features 11 burgers, including a goat cheese–topped option with roasted tomatoes, arugula, and truffle aioli; the “Texan” with crispy onions, bacon, cheddar, and bourbon-infused barbecue sauce; and an ahi tuna “burger” with avocado, sprouts, wasabi tartar sauce, and pickled carrots and daikon, plus vegetarian and gluten-free choices. Additional offerings include edamame, truffle fries, milkshakes, tap wine, and craft beer with growler fills. The concept was launched in 2015 by Sara Burden and her husband Paul “Buff” Burden out of a passion for food and travel." - Alaena Hostetter
