"At the Hutton Hotel, I noticed Evelyn’s recently opened with a focus on modern American fare and a mid-century modern aesthetic; the downtown dining room pays homage to Evelyn Sharp with fine art reminiscent of her personal collection. The dinner menu emphasizes shareable snacks and small plates like steak tartare and Nashville hot fish and chips, and desserts include drop biscuit cobbler, s’mores chocolate cake, and Evelyn’s Sundae for Two.
