"This Thanksgiving, the Aria Resort & Casino’s seafood and sushi spot will offer its own blend of traditional flavors with Catch’s signature modern flair. Exclusively available on Thanksgiving, a turkey dinner will be offered for $46 featuring garlic-whipped mashed potatoes, mushroom and leek stuffing, and a medley of root vegetables. Vegetarians can enjoy a roasted sweet potato for $31 topped with whipped kalamansi yogurt, a maraschino demi-glaze, and housemade granola. Apart from traditional holiday dishes, the restaurant will offer an exclusive nigiri tasting for $90 featuring a 10-piece chef selection of Japanese fish.
