The latter is curated into flavor profile sections, such as the angustifolia (described as “robust, citrus, honey”) and the potatorum (“floral, tropical, citrus”). As for the cocktails, the Jules Juice is a bare-bones spritz made with Rey Campero Espadin mezcal, hibiscus tea, and lime juice, which is a nod to how Oaxacans sometimes mix mezcal with aguas frescas and lime juice in a pinch.
