"Northside Café & Chinese Kitchen at the Sahara will serve a three-course menu this Christmas beginning with a choice of truffle-infused French onion soup with truffle pecorino or a red wine poached pear salad with Gorgonzola, candied walnuts, and Champagne vinaigrette. The main course features a 14-ounce prime rib served with a popover, green beans, watercress, creamy horseradish, and au jus. For dessert, diners may choose from a cranberry cheesecake with chocolate sauce or sticky toffee pudding with vanilla bean ice cream. The Christmas special runs $35 per person.
