"Pacific Northwest local chain Grand Central Bakery has opened up a new outpost on North 45th Street in Wallingford, the shop’s fifth location in the Seattle area (there are also seven in Portland). The three-decade only brand — once named one of the top 20 bread bakeries in the country by Saveur — is known best for its rustic hearth-baked breads, which can be enjoyed in the cafe’s outdoor patio.
