"A rapidly expanding Mediterranean fast-casual counter-service restaurant is slated for the Town Square dining annex, offering a menu built around rotisserie chicken, beef shawarma and made-to-order falafel; the concept also plans to bake its own pita bread and serve a signature Tan and Sumac lemonade. The operator has pushed quickly into the local market and has additional Las Vegas-area openings planned in Centennial Hills, Green Valley and near Summerlin later this year. The Town Square outpost is expected to back onto Las Vegas Boulevard near the complex entrance and sit across the parking lot from Fry’s Electronics and Total Wine & More; no official confirmation or timetable has been announced." - Bradley Martin
