"Gibson + Luce, the bar downstairs at Henry at the Life Hotel, is doing away with the pomp and circumstance of its password-entry system, reopening on Friday as merely a cocktail bar rather than a secret speakeasy. It has a new drink menu, overseen by beverage director Pam Wiznitzer, that focuses on large format drinks. Eater Young Gun bartender Dorothy Elizabeth is behind the bar along with head bartender Luis Hernandez, who previously worked at Seamstress and The Eddy.
