"A California export known for its grain bowls and salads, Mixt is set to make its debut at 2355 Olive Street, Suite 140 in the coming weeks and brings a bountiful array of veggies and proteins that can be assembled into plates, bowls, and salads. It's a San Francisco-based chain with more than a dozen locations across California and offers upwards of 70 different vegetables, grains, proteins, dressings, and toppings so guests can build their own combinations or choose from an equally lengthy list of proven favorites — many of which are vegan or vegetarian. The menu includes classics like Caesar and Cobb salads, grain bowls packed with quinoa, baby kale, and fresh herbs, and plated options such as braised Tuscan chicken or roasted salmon served with sauces and sides like grilled broccoli and parmesan cauliflower mash.
