Adam Eaton’s Deli Has Found an Uptown Address | Eater Twin Cities

"Planned by Tim Niver, Adam Eaton and Laurel Elm for Uptown, the unnamed deli at the former Spill the Wine/Tinto corner of Bryant Avenue South and Lake Street is slated to bring bagels to the neighborhood with a menu that will include bagels, smoked meats, a variety of sandwiches and a full bar; Eaton has already featured his bagels on the brunch menu at Saint Dinette and has long talked about cooking food from his Jewish heritage. This is the second hoped-for location after an earlier spot fell through, and if things go according to plan I expect it to be serving sometime in April." - Joy Summers
