The multi-course menus are pre-designed by Chef Michael and his long time team. All items change weekly based on seasonal availability and are exclusive to George Trois guests. A full wine list is available or Wine Flights may be added for additional cost. In 2019, George Trois became the first-ever suburban restaurant to be named Restaurant of the Year by the Jean Banchet Awards.
