"I’m told Dué Focacceria will occupy 2,000 square feet in Saint Paul’s Highland Park, reopening the former Espresso Royal as a market-and-restaurant inspired by Eataly; unlike the hulking New York and Chicago complexes, this smaller spot will include charcuterie, sandwiches, the pastas the owners built a reputation on at their first restaurant, cheese boards, imported Italian products, and a selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. Guests will be able to sit down, grab something to-go at a walk-up window, or enjoy a meal and beverage on site, and the couple are working with NewStudio Architecture while Vanessa handles the design." - Joy Summers
