Quality is our main focus so our production stays small while custom managing multiple vineyards up in Texas High Plains. In addition to our wines, we offer carefully curated French inspired charcuterie boards and desserts to enjoy with the glass of wine on our outdoor patio overlooking Texas Hill Country.
