Consider the menu plant-based Asian fusion fast food, with a roster of dishes such as sushi, vegan entrees, pressed juices, and smoothies. Daikon’s menu ranges from miso soup and stuffed jalapeño peppers to tempura-fried king oyster mushrooms in lieu of calamari. Sushi includes the black dragon sushi roll with eggplant “eel” on top with jalapeno, cilantro, and spicy “tuna” inside, roasted yellow bell pepper nigiri, roe “pockets” made from carrot juice and algae.
