"Life Bistro, a vegan restaurant, is opening a second location in Peoplestown as part of the Switchman Hall food hall at the Terminal South development. Chef and owner Issa Prescott opened Life Bistro in Sylvan Hills seven years ago, serving a variety of vegan dishes including konjac shrimp seafood gumbo, portobello mushroom Philly, and oyster mushroom carbonara. The restaurant offers weekend brunch, beer and wine, cold-pressed juices, and organic coffee.
