"The fourth in a line of noble beer bars, Beer Baron Oakland, is open for business at 5900 College Avenue in Rockridge, the space that was formerly Toast Bar + Kitchen. There, the bar and restaurant has 25 beer choices, 300 whiskeys, cocktails, and a menu of items already popular at existing locations in Pleasanton, Santa Rosa, and Livermore, such as the Baron Burger with duck fat fries.
