"Taking over a former barbecue space gave owner and chef Misti Norris two smokers, a proper industrial kitchen, and all the refrigeration space the Petra crew needed—a massive upgrade that lets Norris expand fermentation, smoking, and other food experiments and support a proper bar with cocktails and intriguing wine and beer selections.
