Walking the narrow galley-style bar that links the two rooms, I sat there on a sunny Wednesday as day-drinkers gave way to the evening crowd; a framed oil painting of Special Agent Dale Cooper looked benevolently over us, one of many Twin Peaks–inspired artworks across the walls, the menu, and even the bathroom, and there’s usually an episode playing on one of the TVs.
