The two-story bar on the corner of Franklin and Royal was all dive on the lower level, with pool tables and a long wooden bar, but boasted a top-notch kitchen and table seating upstairs where customers could order from a tapas menu of items like patatas bravas, mushroom toast, and duck poutine.
