"I learned that Jennifer Lee’s Bakery (founded by Jennifer LaSala) is an allergy-friendly operation based at Boston Public Market that is planning an expansion to Worcester; LaSala started the business in 2011 at age 17 and converted it to an allergy-friendly bakery in 2015. All baked goods are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, peanut-free, and sesame-free, and nearly all items also avoid soy and coconut.
