"A bottle from the pair’s own wine property is opened in a hotel suite and inspected more for status than terroir: initially impressive because it’s biodynamic, the wine loses its glamour once a screw-cap is revealed and the tasting notes — “earthy” and “agricultural” — lead the couple to conclude the bottle simply isn’t very good.
