"This new Midtown restaurant brings Latin American cuisine, with influences from Argentina, Mexico, and Peru, to its first U.S. location. With existing branches in Argentina and Tulum, the restaurant extends its reach to brunch enthusiasts with a variety of unique dishes. Options include sourdough kale toast with sumac cream cheese and soft egg, cured fish on sourdough toast with chive cream cheese, an open burrito featuring scrambled eggs, black beans, and bacon, and a health-conscious almond chia bowl with fruits and toasted coconut flakes. In-house desserts, such as the Key lime tres leches, and cocktails like the Chimba Bloody Mary and Aperol spritz, round out the menu. Brunch is available Tuesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m." - Alona Martinez, Olee Fowler
