"This Trenton bakery begins making paczki the night before and requires all hands on deck as more than 6,000 paczki are proofed, fried, filled, and glazed by hand. The shop will have traditional apple, custard, lemon, and raspberry-filled and is accepting pre-orders by phone. Elliott’s also partners with Wyandotte Beer Co. down the street to brew a raspberry paczki beer that requires a bucket of raspberry filling and 21 dozen paczki.
