"Opening summer 2022 in the Katy Grand development just inside Grand Parkway at Interstate 10, this 3.2-acre, family-friendly entertainment complex centers on two 18-hole golf courses designed by Tiger Woods’s TGR Design team that offer challenges for both experienced golfers and newcomers. The site features an 8,000-square-foot restaurant, a full bar serving cocktails and beer, and an ice cream parlor; menu items from the chain’s existing locations include Italian sausage meatball skillets, a white pizza with garlic, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan, and pork-and-veggie-stuffed potstickers, while drinks include signature cocktails like the Water Hazard (Tito’s, blue Curaçao, pineapple) and the Weather Delay (a Hurricane-style mix with Bacardi and tropical fruit juices). The ice cream parlor offers playful flavors such as bubble gum, coffee, and watermelon sherbet, plus decadent milkshakes like a s’mores shake made with Golden Grahams–infused vanilla ice cream served in a marshmallow‑iced jar topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, mini marshmallows and Golden Grahams.
