Mexico City’s Santo Japanese Hand Roll Restaurant Opens in Silver Lake | Eater LA
"I'm excited about a lively new Japanese sushi bar coming to Silver Lake at 3822 Sunset Boulevard in the former La Tiendita space: Santo plans to bring the Santo from Roma Norte—already known for Japanese food and cocktails and a party vibe with drinks and DJs that draw fans as much as the hand rolls—to a similar LA neighborhood. Co-owner Jos Gozain says about 70 percent of the menu will port over, so expect sashimi, nigiri, hand rolls, set menu boxes, and drinks; there is no formal opening date yet, but something is expected by mid-spring." - Farley Elliott
