Backed by OneV Capital Partners, the brand already operates stores in the California city of Chino Hills as well as Beaverton, Oregon. Nobibi’s desserts have been dreamt up by partner, Shirley Shinn, and include unique offerings such as the Dream Cloud, specialty ice cream cones, and made-to-order Hong Kong egg waffles. The drink menu features Dalgona drinks and a variety of coffees and teas.
