New Cafe Drifters Social and Sports Bar Pickle Pub Will Open in Austin | Eater Austin

"Its concept is to operate as a daytime cafe and out-of-the-home workspace with coffee and Wi‑Fi, then transform into a nighttime cocktail bar; it’s scheduled to open Wednesday, February 28, and Clayton Jones (most recently of the Tipsy Alchemist on Rainey Street) created the menu. The opening is being treated as an event running 8 p.m.–2 a.m. with drinks, food trucks, access to the pickleball courts, and live music. Drifters sits in Building A and will share a large outdoor courtyard with Pickle Pub, which will include a big LED television for sports, a dog park, picnic benches, fire pits and a stage for live music, and both bars will be kid-friendly until 6 p.m. on weekdays." - Nadia Chaudhury
