"In Jamaica Plain, I found Soup Shack to be unassuming but endlessly flavorful: the khao soi’s broth is rich with coconut milk, fragrant with curry spices, and just fiery enough; the tonkotsu ramen has a cloudy, deeply flavored pork-bone broth—those two are my favorites—and the chicken pho is restorative.
