"A street-food–focused citywide delivery-and-pickup kitchen built around layered tostadas topped with Korean short ribs, pulled pork and fried chicken. Like its sister concept, it operates from a commercial kitchen in the Arts District and uses delivery partners (Caviar, Postmates, Chownow, Doordash and EZ Cater) while providing easy grab-and-go curbside pickup with staff bringing orders to customers' cars. Launched by a former Brooklyn chef and ex-Rutgers neuroscience researcher as a non–brick-and-mortar, citywide pickup/delivery operation, it currently runs Tuesday–Sunday 10:30 a.m.–4 p.m., with plans for extended hours." - Mona Holmes
