"Opening Friday, November 1 in the Hinterland Cart pod, Oathbreaker Pie continues the Dungeons & Dragons motif — an "oathbreaker" being a story path where players break an oath, here a tongue-in-cheek break from wood-fired pizza. I note Brill will chef both carts but Oathbreaker uses a gas oven and serves crispy-bottomed New York–style slices sturdy enough to support heavy toppings, a style that required reworking the recipe he used at Paladin while still using a slow-fermented sourdough. The cart will offer classic New York pizzeria dishes like garlic knots, stromboli, and Caesar salad, and favorites from Paladin such as the buffalo chicken pizza will also appear.
