"Opening in December on Alberta Street, Kaya will showcase drinks designed by Katya Suh and consulting bartender Kyle Sanders, including a few from her Kicks and Cocktails series and new entries — several tequila-forward cocktails and Suh’s tequila-centric take on an espresso martini made with Baileys, chocolate liqueur, and Kahlúa, which she describes as “more of a dessert espresso martini” and “a delight.” Servers will wear sneakers and the food leans toward elevated bar fare, with dishes like truffle mac and cheese, oysters, and escargot.
