"I'm excited that Asian Mint will debut its newest DFW location next week in Richardson at 300 West Campbell Road, Suite 300 on Monday, October 7. Helmed by chef Nikky Phinyawatana, whose warm, cheerful demeanor and genuine love for Thai cooking have helped the growing chain expand since its first location opened 15 years ago this month to additional outposts in Oak Lawn and Inwood Village, this fourth area restaurant offers top-notch riffs on Thai classics like tom kha gai, pad kee mow, and a variety of curry dishes; Phinyawatana says the red, green, and yellow Thai curry sauces boast healing properties thanks to anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric. The Richardson spot will be open Monday through Thursday for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and will be closed on Sundays." - Amy McCarthy
