"At City Park's Festival Grounds the Beignet Fest returns this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with 19 vendors slinging plenty of both sweet and savory beignet options and a few non-beignet offerings as well; the lineup includes fried catfish sandwiches from Grannie's Cooking Pot and chicken and sausage jambalaya from the Jambalaya Guy.
