"Gjelina, a beloved Venice Beach restaurant known for its California-Neapolitan pizzas and vegetable-centric menu, is opening a new location in the Venetian Las Vegas. The new venue will feature the same menu format as its Los Angeles and New York locations, offering lunch options like grilled kabocha squash with miso glaze and vegetable sandwiches, and dinner options like oysters, charcuterie, mixed mushroom pizza, and orecchiette in beef cheek bolognese.
