"Located on Las Vegas Boulevard north of the Strat in the Gateway District, the Thunderbird Boutique Hotel is a historic property that I and my Q Group Hospitality are partially leasing—specifically the saloon, chapel, and event hall—to create Queen. The saloon is being converted into the Queen restaurant and bar, the event hall into the Queen nightclub, and the chapel will remain a chapel now dedicated to hosting queer weddings; while many hotel rooms will remain under the Thunderbird name, I’m taking and remodeling 28 adjacent rooms.
