"Opened Friday, July 11 next to Amazon HQ2, this all-day French brasserie from D.C. hospitality brothers Ian and Eric Hilton (H2 Collective) is a larger metropolitan iteration of the original Cafe Colline (2020). Longtime chef Brendan L’Etoile imports top-selling items such as steak frites dunked in béarnaise, croque madame, and duck confit.
