"On the waterfront, I found Tacos + Tequila, a seasonal outdoor Mexican counter at the RiverPlace Marina (near the RiverPlace hotel) that’s open for the season; its menu ranges from halibut and chorizo tacos with guava-serrano salsa to bay shrimp escabeche with queso asadero, and it serves classic tequila cocktails like margaritas and palomas. It's open from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday, weather permitting, and will remain open for Memorial Day." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
