"The National building in Downtown adds a new restaurant, but it’s the bar that has our attention in this French bistro-inspired spot. It has solid classic cocktails, including a Sazerac, Pimm’s Cup, and Hemingway daiquiri, as well as a nitro espresso martini. The red and white lists are loaded with interesting finds too.
