"Street Taco becomes the first restaurant to officially announce it’s opening this month at Marietta Square Market food hall. The taqueria joins 16 other restaurants and food stalls at the 18,500-square-foot OTP version of Krog Street Market, opening March 28 near Marietta’s historic town square. As for the menu at Street Taco, tacos are $3 to $4 each, and include an al pastor, tofu asada, chicken tinga, and blackened shrimp among the options. The menu also offers tortas, chicken Milanesa, and Mexican street corn, snacks like chicken flautas (a rolled and fried taco,) and daily specials such as tamales and “garbage can” nachos. Expect margaritas, frozen drinks, cocktails, beer, and wine at the bar. The 150-seat, counter-service restaurant features a mural by Mexican illustrator and painter Miguel Mejía, who goes by the alias Neuzz. Street Taco is owned by Southern Proper Hospitality — the restaurant group behind Tin Lizzy’s, The Big Ketch, Gypsy Kitchen, The Southern Gentleman, The Blind Pig Parlour Bar, Chido & Padre’s, Beni’s Cubano, and Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails." - Beth McKibben
