"Kabuto, the exceptional sushi restaurant on Spring Mountain Road near Decatur Boulevard, reopened for takeout service on Friday, May 1. The restaurant instead will focus on four different dishes. San shoku don features blue fin tuna, yellowtail, and salmon on sushi rice for $25. Bara chirashi combines fresh fish and vegetables on well-seasoned rice for $26. Jo nigiri brings eight pieces of nigiri for the day for $28. Finally, futomaki for $16 combines salmon, yellowtail, anago, and vegetables.
