"The Seasons Buffet at the Silverton offers the carving station withNew York Strip, red wine demi, rosemary and herb roasted turkey, brown sugar and honey-glazed salmon, and cola-glazed bone in ham. Holiday favorites served include deep fried Cajun turkey, cornbread-lobster and roasted corn dressing, lemon-glazed sweet potatoes, braised leg of lamb, risotto cakes, and oysters on the half shell.
