"The Seasons Buffet at the Silverton offers the carving station withNew York Strip, red wine demi, rosemary and herb roasted turkey, brown sugar and honey-glazed salmon, and cola-glazed bone in ham. Holiday favorites served include deep fried Cajun turkey, cornbread-lobster and roasted corn dressing, lemon-glazed sweet potatoes, braised leg of lamb, risotto cakes, and oysters on the half shell. The dessert station serves hand scooped ice cream, assorted pastries, cookies, pies, and cakes. The buffet serves Thanksgiving from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m." - Susan Stapleton
