"A classic French bistro and brasserie in suburban Winnetka led by chef Jason Paskewitz, this restaurant reunites him with Ballyhoo Hospitality co-owner Ryan O’Donnell and emphasizes faithful executions of timeless dishes: onion soup, escargot, steak frites, mussels in white wine, and a prominent foie gras section alongside daily plats du jour.
