"Opened at 800 Bagby Street as a tribute to patron Diana Hobby, Diana American Grill at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts serves dishes from James Beard–award–winning chef Robert Del Grande, who has created a “simple yet elegant” Theater District–style menu. I learned that Houston-based architect Tim Cisneros revamped the indoor-outdoor space with a dark color palette while highlighting views of the Houston skyline; the dining room seats 180 and can accommodate 250 people for non-seated receptions.
