"Prime Meats, a Germanic restaurant in Brooklyn, is set to close after a successful 9-year run. Despite its name suggesting a steakhouse, it was never intended as such. It received acclaim, including two stars from the Times for its 'simple' but 'serious pleasures', and was listed on the Eater 38 and Michelin’s Bib Gourmands list.
