"On Pier 17's rooftop R17, I'm catching the pop-up Seaport Food Lab, a five-week rotating residency where Du’s Donuts owner Wylie Dufresne and former Del Posto chef Mark Ladner will handle the food for the entire run; each week brings a different theme and an acclaimed bartender lineup — Eleven Madison Park alum Aaron Polsky, former Campari ambassador Mike Capoferri, Boston talent Ezra Star, Puerto Rico star Chuck Rivera, and Leyenda owner Ivy Mix. It runs October 22 through November 23, is open Tuesday through Saturday, and $150 tickets are available now for Chase cardholders, with general access beginning on October 5.
