"Opening Saturday, I see the Inland Empire’s first major food hall arriving with a wide-ranging group of 14 tenants (10 restaurants, a juice joint, a cafe, a brewery, and a cocktail bar) located next to the Fox Performing Arts Theater; only four tenants will be ready on opening day (BeerFarm, Bolcupop, Dhat Creole Grill, and Fufu’s Grill on Sept. 1) and Monty’s Good Burger is slated for Sept. 8. The project shifted from the city’s original plan for a large upscale chain after Pomona-based developer Arteco Partners proposed a food hall, secured a 55-year lease, and built out 14,000 square feet while selecting tenants. When open, hours will be 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily." - Mona Holmes
