"Oregon Fishmongers is a food truck with a catch — it has a fishing boat, the F/V Gracie Arlene, that brings in wild-caught lingcod, albacore, rockfish, halibut, and more. This can’t-get-any-fresher fish is lightly breaded with panko, fried, and served with thick fries.The Kimball family parks the truck at various locations and events in Waldport and as far south as Yachats, but you can most often find them in the parking lot at the Grocery Outlet in Newport on Thursdays and Fridays.
