"The Japanese sando restaurant, Gyu Plus, has come a long way since its days tucked away inside the kitchen of Molly’s Tavern at 9821 S. Eastern Avenue near Silverado Ranch Boulevard. In September, it opened a standalone location in Chinatown at 3516 Wynn Road with limited hours. And now, the restaurant that loads thick and fluffy shokupan slices with beef filet and onion jam or with Jidori egg salad has not only expanded its hours to include Sunday, it has opened a new late-night bar called the Social Lounge.
