Elastika Restaurant Brings Modern Dining to the Historic Moore Building | Eater Miami

"Located in the Miami Design District, I note that the Moore building has reopened after renovations and now houses Elastika alongside a private members club, boutique hotel, executive offices, and gallery space. Built during the 1920s Florida Land Boom by Theodore T.V. Moore and architect David P. Davis on a former pineapple farm and estate, it originally served as a furniture showroom and warehouse before becoming a venue for high‑profile events, activations, and art exhibitions; its Neoclassical design has influenced development in the surrounding area for decades." - Olee Fowler
